In cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine/University of Baghdad, the Department of Internal and Preventive Medicine organised a workshop titled “ Reading of Electrocardiogram (ECG) ”. Firstly, it was presented by defining the ECG as a test used to record the electrical activity of cardiac muscle. It is simple and fast, does not cause harm, and shows the heart rhythm and electrical activity as a graph electronically presented or printed on paper. ECG can diagnose heart health accurately but cannot diagnose some heart diseases.
