The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad completed the proceedings of the Fifteenth International Scientific Conference, with the presence of the University of Baghdad’s President, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, the College’s Dean, Professor Dr. Hamid Ali Kadhem, and various faculty members and students.
The University of Baghdad’s President articulated his satisfaction with this visit, marking the inaugural one to the College of Veterinary Medicine. Emphasis was placed on the significance of scholarly inquiry and the hosting of academic conferences, particularly those with an international scope, and fostering collaborative opportunities with global academic institutions.
Upon the conference’s conclusion, tokens of acknowledgement were presented to the individuals on the scientific and preparatory committees. Recognition was given to the diligence exhibited in ensuring the conference’s triumph. A tour of the college museum ensued, providing insight into its amenities and showcasing antiquated photographs, instruments, and apparatus utilized in educating students over a history spanning in excess of 69 years.
