Under the slogan “Through applied sciences, we strengthen our scientific progress.”, the 15th Scientific Conference (the 4th International) was held at the College of Veterinary Medicine/University of Baghdad. In the presence of the member of the rector of Al-Mustansiriya University attended the event, as did the rector of Al-Karkh University for Science, the Commander of Baghdad Operations, the Commander of Al-Karkh Operations, and the deans of Veterinary Colleges in different Iraqi Universities and many directors from the Ministry of Agriculture. Firstly, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof Dr Hamid Ali Kadhem, displayed the importance of scientific Research and that great attention was paid to researchers, who had a crucial role in getting our College the 1st rank in the Iraqi Colleges of Veterinary Medicine and the 3rd in the Middle East based on Scimago Institutions Ranking 2023. Finally, not only local Research but also different international lectures and Research from the United States of America, Britain and Australia were shared and discussed at this event.
