In a continuous effort of the College of Veterinary Medicine towards academic openness and expanding the horizons of international cooperation, and to strengthen scientific collaboration between the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad and Mara University of Technology (UiTM) in Malaysia, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is set to be signed between the two universities.
As part of this initiative, Prof Dr Inaam Jassim from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Baghdad, and A/Prof Dr Hassanein Essam from the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology at Mara University of Technology, Malaysia, delivered a lecture about the advantages of scientific cooperation between local and internationally recognized universities. It also included a visual presentation showcasing the laboratories and equipment of the graduate institute, known as the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology, affiliated with UiTM.
