It is also responsible for implementing these decisions and directives, as well as making recommendations to the University Board for approval on matters concerning students, faculty, and other academic and administrative issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\"><strong><b>First Session, Academic Year 2025\/2026 \u2013 September 7, 2025<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\"><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>From the University President:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Congratulations to all faculty, staff, and students on the start of the new academic year, with emphasis on the importance of both academic and practical training.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Ensure that all requirements are in place for graduate and postgraduate students for 2025\/2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\"><strong><b>From the College Dean:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">The curriculum should be updated in accordance with modern international teaching methods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Newly admitted postgraduate students should receive close supervision and continuous support.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\"><strong><b>University Council Directives<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Fourth Session \u2013 October 8, 2025<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Emphasize full preparation for the University\u2019s graduation ceremony for the academic year 2024\/2025 and ensure all necessary requirements are in place for the event scheduled on October 25, 2025, at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Follow up on reports issued by the Federal Board of Supreme Audit, respond to related official correspondence within the specified deadlines, and ensure the participation of accountants and auditors in qualification courses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Visit student dormitories, follow up on students\u2019 conditions, and provide support to students and staff with chronic illnesses and facilitate their work while considering their health and family circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\"><strong><b>University Council Directives<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Fifth Session \u2013 October 21, 2025<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Faculty must prominently display course schedules and assignments, and submit copies to the deanship and department heads, to ensure academic standards and organizational effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 20px;\">Instruct the Reconstruction and Projects Department, in collaboration with all university units, to implement contemporary, adaptable classroom designs that facilitate versatile application and promote efficient use of educational resources.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';
